Hi, I am Regina Luckey — wife, mother of nine, grandmother, and passionate advocate for natural health and wellness. I’ve been married for 25 years to my wonderful husband, an emergency medicine physician, and together we’ve built a life grounded in faith, family, and a commitment to helping others.

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and my learning journey is just getting started. I plan to continue my education through Trinity School of Natural Health, further deepening my ability to support others with trusted, evidence-informed wellness solutions.
My interest in natural wellness grew out of a desire to care for my family in the most holistic, effective way possible. Over time, that passion evolved into a mission: to empower others to take charge of their health and live with vitality, purpose, and peace of mind.
